  • On Thursday, November 16, 2017 at approximately 12:18 AM, an officer was investigating a possible theft complaint and three suspicious individuals at a business on North Leavitt Road. During the investigation, three people were identified and two had active warrants for their arrest. During the investigation, one male was found to possess a pipe for smoking crack cocaine and lied to conceal his true identity. Eric Sigman, age 29 of Lorain, was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Abuse Instrument and Obstructing Official Business.

     

  • On Friday, November 17, 2017 at approximately 8:41 AM, officers were dispatched to a business on Cleveland Avenue in reference to a trespassing complaint. It was reported a female who was banned from the location had entered the store. After the female exited the store, the employee also exited and advised the female attempted to run her over with a vehicle. An investigation was conducted and Trisha Morrow, age 41 of Lorain, was charged with Aggravated Menacing, Criminal Trespass and Driving Under Administrative License Suspension.

     

     

  • On Friday, November 17, 2017 at 4:26 PM, an officer was on stationary patrol at the intersection of Beaver Court and Milan Avenue conducting speed enforcement. The officer observed a driver commit a traffic violation. A traffic stop was initiated and an investigation conducted. Jared Reed, age 18 of Amherst, Speed, Display of License Plates, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.
